Raíces y Futuro: Talleres de Arte con Enfoque en Trauma
18 de abril @ 10:00 AM – 12:00 p. m.
A welcoming, bilingual, intergenerational art series that celebrates Latino/a/e/x identity and builds
community. Each workshop follows a trauma-informed approach—participants
choose how much to share, activities focus on strengths and joy, and staff support emotional safety
throughout.
Why arts + healing?
Research shows that arts engagement can reduce stress, strengthen social connection, and support
mental well-being across the lifespan.
Who is it for?
Youth, adults, and elders—families welcome. No art experience needed.
